Classes from Tokyo University of Foreign Studies

TUFS

Career English

This subject aims to improve students’ ability in dealing with specific business-related skills by undertaking authentic projects such as preparing collecting research, holding team meetings, contacting industry figures and giving presentations. Each group will be expected to produce something tangible at the end of each project (e.g. a video, portfolio, etc.)
Students will be assessed on their performance on a range of professional tasks, as well as written and presented evaluations. As a lot of the work we do will involve research on the internet and ICT (Information Communication Technology) it is recommended that students bring their laptops to class if possible.
